We could invite those goons who want to play legitly into our cities to live behind our walls, and frankly, I'd do it. I would. But those walls aren't just protecting me, they are protecting other citizens too. I happen to know these citizens and will talk to them about bring in immigrants, even if we need a designated refugee area for you to live in separate from us. I'm speaking of Stillmeadow, by the way.
My only other point I have to make right now: I warned many goons as they entered the game to disassociate themselves with JTG/Goku. I told them this would happen, that the rest of Haven would not accept them, and end up genociding them. That is what's happening right now, a goonicide.
What... The... Fuck?
Feri didn't mean anything like that, he said he may try and see if he can offer refuge for the goons, where in there does it say slaves?
Stillmeadow hasn't done anything to you or the goons, in fact we haven't done anything to anyone.
I know this is the reaction you were wanting from one of us but I thought I should at least clear it up first.

No offense, because you seem pretty cool and all (really), but I found it pretty offensive and condescending .
"We'd need a designated refugee area"? "We'll take those of you who won't cause trouble"?
The thing is, we didn't actually ask for refuge, or safety -- we bitched about being ganked, but we didn't call for help, and, in fact, I was personally unable to swallow my pride to appeal to an older player to protect us, because I felt we should be able to stand on our own or die trying: and that is another reason I sided with JTG -- because I would rather join him and die than betray the loyalty I owed him for helping me get started.
I said that people were treating us unfairly and hypocritically, especially by blaming us for his actions and trying to kill us all and whining about us (I remember that first "oh no they're joining the game is ruined" thread), and called out Laketown for saying it wasn't their fault Sami raided us while at the same time saying it was Goontown's fault JTG's an annoying faggot at times, and Ferinex basically said, "Well we can help by letting us join you but the only ones who join are the ones we approve of. Also, they'll be segregated from the regular members. PS: it's your fault you stayed with him anyways, you should ditch him and come with us."
In one post, he implied that a) we needed refuge (we don't need refuge, we need to be left alone to grow by ourselves), b) we wanted HIS refuge and would follow HIS rules and HIS idea of an acceptable playstyle, and c) we leave our Goon-brothers at the promise of safety.
Goon nationalism is actually very strong, and to be honest, unless someone was a huge asshole and unfunny and mean to other goons, I'd be very unwilling to leave them to "fend for themselves", even if it meant I'd probably die in the process. Goons are pretty fucking loyal and stuff to each other, most of the time. (Example: the way most goons join the game sounds like this "how do I play help what do I do" -> "i can't find the town someone help me i'm lost" -> "oh cool i found stuff I can eat awesome can I take this stuff in this basket lying around?" -> "okay what skills do you need, and is there anything a newbie can do to help?" -> "found a herd of cows, dropping off four chests full of meat and stuff")
Obviously, this is all different if someone gets ganked and it's THEIR fault (read: not a confused newbie standing on our gate), because then it's funny and we understand fair play.
