What are people up to?

Burning my pizza because I am reading the forums... Oh wait, you mean in game.

- Trying to plant a forest nearby so I can rebuild my cabin.
- Getting annoyed because I forgot to plant those saplings before I logged off.
- Getting annoyed because I woke up late this morning and was nearly late for the train, didn't get time to log in and restock my crucible.
- Trying to get my crop production back underway.
- Making a variety of metals ranging from Cast iron to slag. (Okay I managed to get one wrought iron and it was my first batch ever. :3)
- Getting my leather production back underway.
- Thinking about stealing all the stuff my alt made simply because he has what I want.

That's it. And even with all the woes... I am so happy with this game and don't want to leave.
I love the fact that if I forget to do something it all goes catastrophically wrong. I love the fact that I can correct this massive failure, because losing fun, but the rebuild is even more fun.
So in closing, a normal day for me in H&H.

Finishing the job of getting the new settlement properly established, trying the new technologies (presently working towards curds, which will take a while as I don't even have wine yet), trying to find decent hunting, and uncovering far too many bugs. Also the usual work of keeping myself in food, and the new work of repairing everything in sight.

Which settlement are you in? The new goon town? Or something else? We don't hear a lot of settlements on the forums apart from bottleneck and laketown, I'm pretty sure there's plenty more places though.

Barrenburg. We're small, but that means we can be pretty close knit, which we like. And yes, we don't talk about ourselves much.

I got disconnected two days ago because I forgot to pay my internet bill
Right now I'm reading the forum to catch up with the news, and then I'm off to replenish my store of baked goods. I haven't been baking at all while I was building my palisade, so everything is sold out atm.
