I'm sorry -- I wanted to have you on board, Koya, but I don't want to if this is how you feel.

Jeez. I once carried a skeleton around for an entire map for jorb, and it took 4 maps to get a slimy amphibian for it. The devs hand out rewards as they see fit and most of the time, those rewards have no in-game value at all. You are imagining a conspiracy when what is actually happening is people getting pretty and useless cloaks.

Worse than useless actually, since those shiny cloaks take up a valuable equipment slot in most cases.

(PS....I am not complaining about the slimy amphibian. I am building a shrine to it)

More often than not I don't get any response to my PMs. And I only ever got a cape once, and not for bug report (I admit, I don't find all that many bugs), but for coming up with the idea for Creamy Cock. I don't feel entitled to anything for my playtesting contributions, though, and if you must get a pat on the back and a shiny bauble to report bugs you're a pathetic excuse for a playtester.

my two characters combined are under 50k. i played on the test server and ironically have a lot less LP than most of the other people in my group.

it's a simple concept. the details of it have changed a fair bit since we tested it, as well. especially the curiosities, which on the test server basically consisted of dandelions, cone cows, and a few other low end items. the better stuff like ants weren't studyable, and 90% of them didn't exist yet. do you honestly think that gives any of the testers much of an edge? because you would be wrong if you thought that.

The text was presented to the public 45 minutes before it was posted here (as stated). The first comments in the Russian forum show posters' unawareness about the whole event. Of course, no poll was hold.
The first posts also show a tendency of people's agreement with the petition, but it can be easily explained by the players' ignorance about the situation. This sentiment is formed out of Fedor Sumkin's authority (he does indeed have some) and a default mistrust to so-called Sodom (people aren't sure what it is anymore).

Thank you for your time.

As part of the Russian-speaking community you have probably noticed that the appeal was originally built by me personally, but was later supported by the administration of the site.

Clarification upon receiving some gifts, and clarifying the circumstances of the loss of water spot has made clear (at least temporarily) some of the questions asked thus helped understanding initially mistakened question.

But due to imbalance made to "testers from different groups" my offer still stands. To clarify the views of the Russian-speaking community I created a survey on the Russian forum. The survey will close after two days.

I think Jorb gave HirO a gold bar in return for reporting the skill-attribute exploit and for having his own character gimped for having "used" it.

I may be completely wrong in this, but if you enrage an animal and put something between yourself and it, other than a pallisade, the animal just mows right through it. I've done this with banners, signpost and various other world objects. not sure if they can mow through claim markers though.

What have they done or what has been said to make you feel this way? If anything, the evidence appears to indicate they're quite honest.

Honest question to jorb: How many people that have reported bugs or other similar items via the forums have you sought out to reward with in game items?

I don't really care if you favor a certain group or not, but I get the feeling that you do and you should be prepared to accept the animosity that comes with it.
