Yes i can:

All Hail Bluetooth![/quote]

HAIL Blåtand.

Anyway.. what on earth were Bob doing at Jelling. !!!

By the way, Borka, its not quite correct in the Danish version anway. The German seems to fit. It says:

King Harald, ordered these runes made in memory of his father, Gorm and his mother, Thyra. The Harald who won all of Denmark and Norway and made the Danes christians.

By the way these stones (there is 1 more) are considered the birth of the Danish kingdom/country. The age roughly around year 950.

https://soundcloud.com/viking-language/runestone ;)

I must confess i don't remember where i got the translation from as i just have text file with those in my backups (might be i did with a speech translation program once),
seems there are some different translations to danish circulating - here's another with runes, original (above) and danish
http://www.fortidensjelling.dk/jellinge30.htm

And Bob sure wasn't at Jelling as i'm still naming my vclaims atm with old names from where i and my mothers tribes are coming from
(where Varus got beaten) but i'm working towards the north and east to cover my dads tribes too - Jelling is on the way :)

yeah and funny how some pages write Thyra defended it against the germans (german emperor) - while Otto the Great had troubles with invading Magyars
himself at that time ... before he beat them in 955 at Lechfield Battle he conquered Bohemia in 950 ... not to forget the influencing Vikings in the Rhineland
in that years ...

I tend to think the Jelling Stones and the birth of Danish kingdom is more a reaction to the coalitions lost Battle of Brunanburh. Harald prolly had to give the finger ;)
