You should alter that roundpole fence to have a 1 tile gap between it and your bwall, because there is a chance (a pretty decent chance too) that livestock can be born outside their fence, which if it is flush along your wall, means outside your base. If there is at least 1 tile between the fence and bwall then they won't get bumped outside the bwall when this happens.
