Also, the state is the only one with any legitimate means, yes. It was given to it by the people.
Depends on which state you're talking about. Here in the US in the past, any means the State engaged in had to be delegated by the people. We see how far that went when the South wanted to secede, and the North illigitimately went to war. Or when the Bush administration illegitimately went to war with Iraq.
burgingham wrote:You aren't really that naive, are you? Travel with what? Travel where? There is no escape, no choice. That is very basic sociology btw. People can not just walk out on a system.
Travel with your feet.... No one can just leave a system? SEE: The American Revolution.

Nice hypotheticals. Lets stick to facts?
burgingham wrote:Same goes for the animal. We are yet again living in feudalist circumstances where the owner of the land (nowadays a company) can forbid you to hunt.
Again, depends on where you live. If society was based around the tennants of private property, that wouldn't be a problem would it? Also, chickens...
burgingham wrote:The only real choice the people have is to rise up together and get rid of those soul eating companies.
Which soul-eating companies are you referring to? If you are referring to the largest corporations that are in bed with governments around the world, then yes, I am with you. But we should also shrink those governments' power so the same wouldn't happen again. That would take a radical reform of the way society thinks, which means purging ideaologies such as the kind you believe in.
burgingham wrote: It seems in some countries people begin to understand that. Claiming the state back from capitalism.
You act as if the State is a hapless victim in this arrangement. And you call me naive? You seriously think that corporate lobbyists DON'T bribe politicians, but instead they are forcing them? The State scratches the largest corporations' backs, and the largest corporations scratch theirs.
burgingham wrote:The state isn't bad. It is the only thing we have.
The State is a natural occurence, whether it be a small local village chieftain or a large centralized European Union. I prefer to have as small of a state as possible. But saying its the only thing we have is a bit far and borders state-worship.
burgingham wrote:It was the capitalists pulling the strings in the background that made it go to waste.
You mean the State and greedy businessmen pulling yours and my strings in concert. Again, equating greedy businessmen in bed with government with an entire economic school of thought. Very ignorant of you.
burgingham wrote: The same capitalists that probably laugh about you for believing in them and for blaiming the state when they are the ones that make the state's decisions you hate so much.
You sound worse than those conspiracy theorists who think aliens built the pyramids. You really think there is a group of rich fat-cats called "the capitalists", and they laugh at people who value private property and fight tooth and nail to destroy the innocent and oh-so-helpful government? Give me a break hahaha. I'm sure the handful of ultra-rich statists and politicians are laughing at people like you, though.

I just can't see why you hate business so much. I guarantee you though, when you need that roll of toilet paper, or that gallon of gas, you'll be right there taking for granted the capitalism that has been pampering you your whole life. The same capitalism you take advantage of so you don't have to worry about where your next meal comes from, so you can have the time and luxury to sit around and cry about how evil it is on these here forums. These forums, of course provided to you, by capitalism.
Capitalism!=Political belief system.
Capitalism=Entrepenuership.
Seriously. what the fuck is so wrong with entrepenuership?
