Don't listen to the noob, FEP system is unique and great, but you already knew that anyway. Now feasting tables on the other hand... :P

Hah, I have my reasons for disliking the FEP system, I think it's much too complicated for an online rpg. Not that anything is wrong with having to use your brain, just that if I wanted something so mathematical I'd go and do calculus.

I wouldn't mind except that, if you do it wrong, you gimp your character.. e.g. if you got to 500 str and decided to increase your PSY from 10 it would be incredibly difficult and time consuming. It would be better if the stat increase didn't depend on the highest stat, in my opinion. Because the whole thing I see wrong with FEP is that eating can actually be a bad thing. Common sense would tell you that if your character is hungry, and you eat some food, that's a good thing. Wrong! You could actually be debuffing your character.

It's like, I go out fishing, it's a sunny day in H&H, go back, gather some ingredients, cook a cool fish meal, having fun... Oh wait, I can't eat it, because it has a 59% chance to increase my DEXPSYSTR etc yadda yadda. I just want to eat, and not constantly have to worry about behind-the-scenes numbers which suck the life out of the game.

It's not that mathmatical, all you have to do is look at the colors in the bar. If you want to make it mathmatical, then that's your problem; it's like "grind" in this game, personally it's only a grind if you make it a grind.

I can see the point here, but it's been discussed tons of times already... :?
