Yer i know, it goes up and down really but thanks for the support anyway i might need it.

Never let your guard down. I quit for over a year and had forgotten almost all about the pleasures of smoking when on a party a friend I had not seen for over a year (and thus didn't know I quit) offered me a cigarette. Drunk as I was I thought one cigarette could not be of any harm. Oh, how wrong I was. Here I am now smoking more than ever with no current intention to quit. My mom even got a sudden craving for cigarettes 20 years after she had quit, when on her bithday everyone around her was smokimg. Was really hard to convinve her not to start again. Not to discourage you, but expect to be a smoker all you life even when you don't actively smoke.

Yes it kinda sneaks up on you. The same thing has happend to me in the past, i know exaktley what you are talking about. i held up/quit for 3 years when i was around 20-23 years old. Then some shit happend and i went on a vacation with some friends and went clubbing offcourse and i was offered that one cigarette that you think wont do any difference after beeing non smoker for 3 years. That one cigarette made me smoke for another 10 years . it would be interesting to count how much money that one cigarette has cost me so far. 10 years extra worth of smoking. maybe i dont wanna know when i think about it, it is so depressing
