I don't know about his "game review" site but he seems to have a history of problems when it comes to getting java-based games to work.

I click play now, an updating window for Poisonville pops up for like 1 second then closes. Yes I have registered, I have also read through all the threads of people having this issue and have not seen 1 real solution.

I won't be posting a log or going through any of that BS since anyone who did still cannot play and it got them nowhere. Will the makers of Poisonville acknowledge that this is in fact THEIR PROBLEM and not OURS? My video drivers are great, I can play Lord of the Rings Online on the highest settings no problem.

Lots of people can't play your game, I suggest you look further into this than telling them to post a log then to update their video drivers.

12 Minutes Later: I really wanted to try this game too, it doesn't work in any browser I try. Same result.
I've already lost my patience and I may or may not ever check back on this game again.

Hmmm... Short attention span, issues with Java. Constantly declares intent to abandon the crappy game he can't get to play but hangs around anyway.

Sounds like a PEBKAC issue. Can you upgrade the driver?

I have Java installed and my vid card drivers are fine, this is literally the only game I can't play.

Being hostile towards me doesn't solve anything, and no I never got that game to work. I've played Runescape, which is a Java game though and that worked fine.

I also have latest driver for my card.

Lol.. Jorb you're awesome! and lhsy2k you give the game 0 of 10 because you are unable to login? That's retarded when you havent even played the game yet. Also alout of people have no problem of playing this game and runescape seriously? This game is so much better then runescape and i would rather play this game my whole life instead of runescape lol. Anyway.. Jorb and Loftar have done amazing work on this game and it's just alpha so far but damn it's so addicting that you wont stop playing for years! If they keep going that long. Once you start playing you wont stop playing this game. It will take your soul and all the time you have haha!! But no seriously this game are so fucking great that it can outclass world of warcraft and runescape and all those other mmorpgs.



To Jorb and Loftar. I wish to see more of this game in the future and i know this game will be the best game ever created that people will not stop playing and i know you guys have alout of work to do on the game but your takeing it slow updateing wich are fine with me. Also cant wait to see what's going to be next or what other stuff your planning to add into the game and like everyone else we cant wait to get into beta!

Oh and about the Runescape thing, are you completely retarded? I wasn't asking if this game was better than RS, I simply mentioned that it was also a Java game that I had no problems running.
