I wish the coverage of the supports was square. and maybe even quality based? the higher the Q of the support the more it covers? I dont know...

People keep saying this, but then there would be no danger of cascades.

Square makes sense though, why do they keep adding circle auras when the game is based on tiles? it boggles the mind

This pattern, without too much supports, kinda works for me:

A tree full of blocks for a support 1/5 the size of the original tree doesn't make sense. I'd rather have it cost 6 blocks and a bar or two of metal.

yea thats fine and all, im just say if you extend the radius we might not see cascades anymore and they are an interesting mechanic, possibly useful in pvp

If we want grief/pvp potential with cascades, we need some kind of explosives to remotely detonate those pillars for collapse lulz.

I can see the whole dramatic scene ensue already.

They don't have to be (and shouldn't, in my opinion) tied to the size of the cave in. Losing supports, even if the cave in itself didn't fall on another support, would cause more weight on existing ones and cause them to buckle.

I'd just like to see the distance larger because as it stands now they clutter the area up heavily and require far too much wood for how many you need.

Help:
Just buy Prospect and try a cave.
At my 1 try: "Theres appear to be iron below"

I can trust that message? I something SURE? I dont have wax and is a pain 10 hard leather for a phantom mine.

In the south area of the cave just appear a radar style, like the water detection one with a very tiny red mark.

The mine in question is detected only in a tiny island that as 1 square of size. And cannot be paved.

Thanks and sorry my english.

when it says that it means, as it says, your standing on an iron mine. and the radar thing? that means there is metal in that wall.

Thanks!
Finally: I can build the mine in that single middle water tile without pave? I dont have more rustroot right now to check but: I can build the mine in the shore of water and access the iron anyway?
