I think the point is that it's a statue honoring artists so it deliberately looks awful amazing.

So, if there was a statue honoring Blaze in World 3, and a statue honoring Darki and that person whose name I've already forgotten in World 4, does that mean there was a statue in World 2 honoring someone important from World 1?

No, the statue of Blaze in world 3 was the first one. Flame is way better known as an artist on the forums than darki is btw. Not to belittle darkis general work, I love his client and the catfaces :)

The writing in the statue refers to a poem called Ozymandias.

"And on the pedestal these words appear:
'My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!'"
