Ive talked to people and had one experience with a troll. I took a shitton of damage from the troll I encountered, but... never killed it. I can tell you though, from information gathered from freinds who have slain trolls, the troll meat gives (im not sure at what quality) 50 STR FEP and 30 PSY FEP. troll meat is the new cheese! :P

this brought to mind a questioned ive had for a while now.
is there a way of preserving cadavers/carcasses (whichever you prefer)???, because it seems to me that if you do chance upon a troll and have low survival, it would be nice to know you can keep it untill you raise your skill.

and i most definitly agree with the person who called it a giant frog :mrgreen:

So i was mining... and TADAAAA all off the sudden 6 tiles disappear in front of me...
I was like: WTH!!! And then a troll appears. And i killed it :)

Yeah, voodoo is right. After those first threads we don't need a new one for every single troll killed. Merging this with the other most recent troll killing thread. Let's use that one for any reports on troll killings from now on.

Troll bones are different from normal bone material. Not sure if they can be used as saws though..
