Same deal for Potjeh, Erik, Hamish and possibly some of the other people who, while I don't necessarily agree with what they write all the time, they seem pretty level headed and probably wouldn't abuse it.

Nah, I mean someone like Kore from the "Goblins" series of comics.

He doesn't talk at all, he doesn't associate with anyone else, and he stays completely out of sight.
When he hunts you, he doesn't say anything until you're right in front of him. He then states some esoteric reason of how you incurred his wrath, then fixes it by launching several hundred crossbow bolts into your face.

He then procedes to kill everyone nearby, because they've been "tainted" by being in close proximity to you. Age, rank, gender, race, guilt, innocence, nothing matters, he just kills them all.

umm... I didn't suggest anyone from lake town... I think Sammi, Gaut and Moon would all make pretty crappy mods to be honest (sorry guys).
You probably wouldn't make a terrible mod Del, apart from your apparent hatred of image spam, I'm fairly certain Jackard would abuse the shit out of it given his current record of behaviour (4 out of 5 posts contain offensive personal insults) and I don't really know anything about pumpkin, I've really only read him posting about people stealing his bears and about how he doesn't want an infinite map boundary...

Actually I've moderated four or five other forums and several irc channels in the past, including the public channel for this game. im not aware of any complaints??? unless you count the few times I kickbanned voodoodog for troublemaking (kbs being temporary)

I like the forums unmoderated as they are right now. Yeah, we get a bit of spam, but mostly we do OK. I don't want some trigger-happy mod to wave his banstick at me every time I go slightly off-topic or use a mild expletive.
