What is this creature?

Ok i was just walking around looking for spinely taproot and all of a sudden this creature runs out of nowhere and scared me. I ran away cause i was unsure if it was friendly or not. Does anyone know what it is and if its friendly? To me it looks like a treant or a dryad. (its in the left corner)

Ahhh. I was hunting rabbits and I saw one running for my camp, I thought I was going to find it waiting for me with a knife xD
