All in all, 2 gold bars is game breaking, they get
LP faster than you from RoBs. that means their
ql rises faster, they are stronger, and they can
get away with alot more through stealth if they so
choose.

Whether it's true they didn't use it or not i dunno,
but to the community that is aware of things like
this that has to do with sodom, most are generally
displeased and annoyed that sodom is favored...
other than perhaps their friends/allies who also
profit from the favor.

2 gold bars is game breaking, that's true, from my experience however Sodomites don't ask for things like that, jorb just tends to give it.
I recall being pissed in W4 because I couldn't get a wolf cape for my bug, but heard of someone else getting one for another bug like a week in.
I'm not going to hate whoever that was or even remember them, even though that is potentially game breaking early on considering the strength bonus it gives I would have been able to mine right away.
I doubt they used them, no reason to lie about it really.
I can see why many are displeased and annoyed that 'Sodom is favored' but I don't believe Sodom is favored, we tend to look for bugs, I myself spent a good deal of time just searching for bugs and shit in W3 as did most of us, and when we find them, we report them first THEN abuse them, as is the rule. For obviously ridiculously abusive bugs like 'woahmg crazy LP' or q100000 coal, you'll get reset or have some negative thing done to you, especially if you hide it.

The way I see it you're right, 'favors' from the devs for doing things such as finding bugs or whatever it is you do, they should probably stay towards capes that add nothing and other items that set you apart from plebes but don't benefit you in any way. Gold does, wolf capes can.

Jorb has already made it clear that he gives fuck all if people have a problem with him giving special benefits to the "inner party" players in game. If it's really that big of a deal to you, then quit. It's a free game so it's not like you quitting has any sort of effect on them personally. There's not much else you can do really, except for create a thread bitching about it on the forums I guess, but it looks like that's already been covered.

As for alts, IDK why anyone would be against them. I personally love running four alts at once to do shit that I can't be fucked with doing with a single character. Like woodcutting.
