While it's not hard to feed and curio up alts, it's hard to get them to competitive levels. If you're insane enough to not only feed, clothe, build up, and then use multiple accounts at the same time for combat then there is nothing stopping you. That said, given that you're switching maneuvers and moves every few seconds and responding to the actions of your opponent constantly, it'd be pretty damn hard to do this at all. Worst case scenario, your alt army just feeds delta to your opponent and they use maneuvers to rapidly destroy you and your alts.

I bet you're a real king on the streets.

Every elaborate art of fighting is complex.
It's all about deceiving, breaching defense, mainetaining defense, using your surroundings, using gaps in your opponents stance to your advantage etc etc

Haven and Hearth has a quite complex system, which allows reactions to many possible actions - and vice versa.
It sure requires some basic understanding, -but that's just another things which makes it interesting, since someone who knows how to react in certain situations can easily win against someone much stronger who isn't that familiar with the system.
Aka. SKILL.

You're dumb as shit if you consider :

Please Select an Attack from the Attacks below:

1)Attack
2)Attack
3)Attack

You have chosen Attack:

DEF 30
-
ATK 40
=====
DMG 10

Attack dealt 10 Damage!

As great fighting mechanics...

The (obviously, by example) dumb majority though usually seems to prefer things as simple as possible.
Probably to be able to say, after figuring out the extremly elaborate system :
"MAN... I'm Genius."

I'm sorry this isn't kick-boxing.

If you actually taken up martial arts training, you'll learn there is more to fighting than just kicking and punching.

You'll need to keep your guard up to protct you from enemy attacks, alert to when the enemy has a gap in his guard to score a hit, pace your self so you dont tire out and losing advantage as well as special moves like sidstepping to avoid attacks, coutner attacks and feints.

Running into combat with your arms punching and legs kicking will only get you butt kicked.

Why isn't this post in hell yet?
Certainly, in taking revenge, a man is but even with his enemy; but in passing it over, he is superior; for it is a prince’s part to pardon. - A wise friend.
