I can also confirm he has low UA. back when I had 200 UA I could break his defense bar in one hit (Not enough str to one shot him). He still beat me 3 out of 4 times though.

I think he just tries to keep his things even. It kinda makes me read it weirdly though.

not sure how only one person realized this, he covered up his MC, and he is wielding a shield.
This doesn't mean 100% that he has high MC, but I'm sure it is a hell of a lot higher then 38.
