Sorry guys but someone in chat mentioned this is a 10 year old girl? As a 38 year old GRANDFATHER, I can only say that this is some serious piss poor parenting. She shouldn't be on the Internet unsupervised much less this hive of scum and villainy.

Actually, starting young on forums is one of the best things you can do to improve maturity. Else, they hang around with people their own age, gigglesnorting at fart noises till they're 15 (I still do at 21, but to myself...).

Point being, exposure to older humour, debates, and learning not to wuss out on every insult is best learned amongst older peers. Also possible in real life, but people can get rid of you in real life - you can't get rid of annoying kids on a forum till they break rules.

Oh god! This made me laugh a ton. "Be nice because I'm just a kid." I am more then obliged to do the opposite.

Damn this man is wise for his years.... Used to be, teens had to hang out with the adults because they were too old to hang out with the younger kids (didn't want those raging hormones acting out in the most inappropriate of ways...)

So can we call you OLD MAN now?

As far as the game goes, I'm going to have to agree with you that this is likely the wrong game for anyone that young, but then it's the game, not the community. Internet communities, as a whole, are a mixed bag and you just need to teach kids to take things with a grain of salt. Even the ones that are supposed to be "kid friendly" have enough trolls (and pervs) in them that know how to bend the rules. So yeah, I gotta at least agree that half an eye needs to be kept on them.

I'm actually going to disagree. There is no reason why someone should spend their time trying to become an adult, they should cherish the time they are young and live the life they've got. Life is what you make of it, if all you do is learn in school then work, you're just a mindless drone living without purpose. Cherish this, live in the innocence you have when you're young, there's no need to rush adulthood. I'm against you using these forums due to the negativity that can occur here, they'd without a doubt mold your personality in a negative manner. In the end I'm not going to force my opinion on you, but I hope you keep it in consideration.

A girl at my school took online courses so she could graduate in 10th grade (keep in mind she wasn't a 90% average student, but rather a 60% or so). She graduated 2 years earlier than when her friends will, and begun the rest of her life early. She is missing out on 2 years that could've potentially been the best years of her life, which will be replaced by 2 years of work.

Take life for what it is, you only live it once.

I doubt this. For the majority of people, high school is some of the worst times, though it's usually where personalities are cemented, for good or bad (and it's usually the bad traits that get cemented in). Trust me when I say this: If your high school years were the best in your life, you haven't been living life to it's fullest. Granted, this person could very easily leave school and then life does nothing but dump shit on her doorstep until she dies, but that's a rarity and people that put up with those trials are usually better at finding the gems of life in all the dross.
