green: live with/near (don't kill)
red: do not want (kill)
white: i literally color people the moment i meet them assuming they're worth the time
blue: don't live with but know to be friendly
orange: randomly met in the wild and had a short conversation with, but ultimately i'll never contact them again
purple: still trying to work out friendly or not

White: Be cautious of whomever is white
Green: Villagers
Red: KoS
Darker blue: I think the only person that has this is Epee.
Light Blue: Allies/Friends
Yellow: Traders
Purple: Unused
Orange: Extra Cautious.

I don't have much colors.. I'm very unstructured so:
White: guys I've met but do not know well
Blue: friends who can only trespass
Green: my alts and very very good friends, also IRL known friends (can do everything in claim)
Red: Danger! (mostly Dis)
