Indeed. There are 2 clients you can choose from with UOHybrid (Razor is for the real man). Both have working fullscreen

There is fallout online. (Spelled FOnline)

There is the 2238 server (all servers have different dev teams) but 2238 is dying and devs do nothing so not recommended. http://fonline2238.net/forum/index.php

There is the russian servers, goon haven for example.

And the soon to be english/russian translated server http://fonlinetactics.com/ . (Ignore the first news notice, they were only asking for permission, and it was given, they are currently working on the full translation before they bring up the server again)

Post-apcolyptic survival-ISH game.

EDIT: Actually, after learning that you have to actually buy gold with RL money and there is absolutely no pvp, fuck that game.

Gold is purely and only for cosmetical stuff.

PvP would ruin the pace of the game btw. I see no way to implement it without loosing other core features.

I have been playing it on and off again the past three months and we have...well I guess one can call it an active guild even though it is only the same 5 people mostly. So if anyone here wants to play it feel free to send me a pm and I can help out a bit.

I found this one game they call Cantr II

It is very much Rp and text-based. But, there is also the survival mechanism with an "real" object and tools, weapons, food, clothes.. etc.

This 'Topia Online' game looks extremely promising; I will definitely be watching this. Thank you for that post.

Just saw this being streamed on twitch
Single player (I think) but looks pretty survival/crafting based gameplay, only $12 so worth trying out

I actually linked this in the Inn of Brodgar Skype channel recently. It is only survival, yes. Not really any building aspects. Also single player.

Ya np, make sure you guys sign up for the Topia beta. I'm gonna check out that Don't Starve game, looks fun. I also have had my eye on "Dark Fall Unholy Wars". I played original DF for a bit but it felt unbalanced (stat caps and shit). The devs said they learned a ton from the first DF though so it might be worth checking out (especially if there is a trail). Something about it being easier to be "viable" earlier on. Launch was pushed back to 12 - 12 - 2012 however. I'm, 99% sure there will be a character wipe also.

also "DeepWorld" looks kinda cool. Sadly only on mac atm, but site says "soon on IOS and Windows" https://secure.deepworldgame.com/purchases/new

and "Starbound" space like Terraria or something (I think its same dev team) http://playstarbound.com/
