Gives you random amount of candies. (<----- Edit: Wrong ) And from my experience, It sucks.

Never buy more candies from the sorc. It's balanced in that you earn 100 lollipops per 1 candy you earn initially so she gives you ~1 candy per 100 lollipops. This means 300k lollipops for 3k candy. That's terrible.
