comparing Enders to some private clients shows thats a really stupid thing to say

Why? Because some people change the way information appears on their screen? It doesn't make them any smarter, or any better at recruiting people, or any better at life. If this was a pay to play game, yes you are right, but this game was at it's peak when regular updates and fixes were rolling out, not when people started changing shit around to get a tiny advantage.

Did you realize the game has been balanced around custom client features?

Consider world one; the base terrain was grassland instead of forest. Stealth and darkness were not as significant then, most of the map having only foxes and scattered trees.

Nowadays the default terrain is thick woodlands with the oversized pine trees and greater predator presence; the devs expect players to have the tools to counter this.

enders is missing some addons that considerably improve the game, like movable ui and skipping 1-item popup menus. this stuff is not easy to find or set up. and there are more improvements that could be made, some serverside

you dont even know

I wouldn't go far as to make that assumption, unless of course you have a quote from them. Why would the dev's make thicker woodlands and add more bears under the premise that the players are ''most definitely certainly going to turn off all the trees and shit so they can see all the bears at once''

If anything, I would say they added a thicker woodland to make it a bit more like a real woodland, something that you have to navigate through rather than just casually walk through. I personally doubt their design choices have revolved around Ender and other clients merely existing. However this(and at the time of writing this reply, your) assumption is not confirmed by the devs at all.

I agree with your friend.
But i'm using Enders client, 'cuz this is not a game where i care to be Fair with devs and theyr creations. I'm fair with my freinds and anyone is peacefull, so i craft maps and explore every single tile.
With different devs i could probably decide to suicide myself with a standard client, but here whould be kindness wasted to pigs.

At least some of the UI is movable.

What's the rules on custom clients anyway. Apparently they can be private; shouldn't they be forced open source instead?

LMFAO How are you going to force something to be open source? Who ARE you people?

From what I know, they have to be open source if you want to make it public linked.

Not someone who dedicates his entire life being hanging around one game, being cocky.

Seriously, who uses "LMFAO" these days.
