I don't have an issue if you like ponies. I don't have an issue if you masturbate to anthropomorphic creatures. What I do take issue with is simple; The fact that people choose these things to be their defining traits, and you just have to accept it. They express no other interest than this one specific niche, and if you don't like it, well too bad! You have to like it! It's great? Know why? Because I'm going to make you think it's great! I believe the "Brony" and "Furry" communities are a hivemind of lonely sadsacks, who simply want to belong to something greater. And while that's fine, they stick their annoying interests and perversions down other peoples throats. Generally, everyone's got at least a little bit of swirl in their vanilla, and that's fine! It's to be expected, it's part of being human. However, it's generally considered polite to keep that to yourself. hmm, unlike most I have the ability to see past the insults and hate and read the real message you're trying to send.

I agree it can take over your life if you let it, just like anything. No one thing should rule all of your thoughts and actions. How would I feel if 7 Star Wars spam accounts suddenly flooded a pony thread? (Well I have a sense of humor, I'd play along) but I can see where it might annoy others.


Discovering Bronydom was something I wanted to share with everyone! All the music, songs, animations, videos, fan fictions, flash games, IRL conventions, fan art, radio dramas, and fan merch both original and remixes. (almost all having no sexual references btw. Not everything in this world has to be about sex)

But I know that not everyone is interested, As a comparison I have a friend who wants me to join WoW and i just don't want to.
