I would say every major faction uses bots at least somewhere in their village. Not everyone, and I do know a lot of non-botting players, but there's usually at least one somewhere.

I can assure you that I used these clients and gave them out to all I trusted while playing the game, they've not had their accounts stolen and were not ever part of the faction. Regardless, just download it for the res, it includes a few things like short cupboards, cheese racks and some other random crap I picked up along the way, that make playing easy while not removing dat atmosphereeeeeeeeeee ~~~~~ And my screenshots ;D there are some good ones in there, probably even some that give away sekrits :O
