This were my thoughts exactly, but quite few people aparently had the problem already and reported extra costs when the bill came at the end of the month (one guy who answered 3-4 such calls, they were selling somehting to him and he was on the line with them for 5-10min), for about 20-25€. They mentioned something about connecting the call that comes to you from like many places at once, but no one explained how it works. I still have doubts, but then again, I prefer not to answer any weird phone calls in first place (those who need me will call again).
