I'm saying that from an outsider's point of view, there already was animosity between Shockedfrog and the Dwarves. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'll bet there was at least one thing that a DF player had done to offend SF.

Now I don't want to defend a recognized public enemy or fight a noble race, I simply am pointing out that we're not assuming it's your enemy without further proof. I don't know if you're all from countries ruled by dictators, but in the country I'm typing from, one of the few things that works is our legal system. The motto "Equal Justice Under Law" means quite a bit to a layman like me, so I try to be fair.

Nah, you can check his apology. The apple tree massacre was started by him, apropos nothing. Then we killed his alt, in the act of cutting down the trees. Then he came back and stole our iron.
Seriously. He just likes starting stuff.

No.

For fucks sake did you not listen to me. No one among the Bottleneck had heard of Shockedfrog before he caused that incident. He is the one that started all of this shit.

How dare you even suggest we would go out of our way to incite a hatred in the first place when most of us haven't done anything besides work on our own projects.

Because of people like him, it FORCES us to go to incredible lengths to protect or works, which should have been fun to have a go at. Now it is a chore.

And on the subject, of OFFENDING Shockedfrog, fuck you. The way you suggest it, its as if someone said something to Shockedfrog and you agree that its a completely logical action to fly off the handle and actually try and destroy what we're creating.

Next time you say something, at least on the matter of the animosity between Bay12 and Shockedfrog, don't. You have no part in it, and the more you suggest you have a logical answer to it all, the more I dislike you. There is no logical answer for it, Shockedfrog is a bastard and his head can roll for all I care.

And for this Justice bullshit your suggesting, its a fucking online game. It flies right off the topic to bring up what damn country we live in. Agreeable peace is what we desire, and that my friend, means that We KNOW that Shockedfrog is doing wrong. Why? Because he did pitifully obvious things that hurt us as a whole. He destroyed our steel industry. He stole from us. And he literally cut down our lively hood. This isn't a real country, its game where communities as a whole decide how justice is dispensed where they LIVE and where they make their craft. Be that a beating, or be that death, the community as a whole can decide what to give out to other virtual avatars, in a virtual game which shouldn't have been as serious as its been made.

I'm sorry if your not trying to make me angry, but the more you talk on this matter, the more I interpret it as bullshit. And bullshit pisses me off.

Lets make everyone happy and just not talk about him more in this thread, unless there is any evidence that says he stole from us, not including pure guesses.

tl;dr of what WorkerDrone said, with less profanity:

Griefing does not require an initial cause. Some people just get their rocks off that way. Stop trying to blame the victim.

After flooring the rage away from the forum, yes. Pretty much what Malicus said.

Only mine had a more of a kick in the face towards Krantarin, so if you don't like him either, read my version.

Although shockedfrog generally brags or "apologizes" about their actions on the forum. So this case might not be them.

Workerdrone's hateful nature is clear from reading his post. I feel sick to my stomach that such things have come from an online game.

I'll take it from Niltrias and Malicus. Shockedfrog is a jerk and did horrible things within the game. Workerdrone is an asshole and has done horrible things outside of the game.

These posts have clearly gotten off topic. I suggest that the entire thread be dropped.

Or perhaps people are jack-asses on the internet just because they can be, and because their poor communication skills combined with the hindered communication ability of text only fights break out over virtually nothing.

Also, shocked frog is probably laughing his pants off right now, this is just what a troll is after.
