Modern feminism is akin to facism and actually promotes further inequality

Most any struggle for equality is a good thing. However like any movement you always have those who want revenge or a free ride. The key is look beyond those who's intents are not so noble and see the Human issue within. Let's be honest we are all Human, good or bad, and in that we are equal. It's just some prefer to take more than their fair share in life and thus lower someone else' life to gain more.

Feminism at its core is a movement to achieve equality. So I support it. That said i don't support every feminist though.

you know, i've always wondered if feminism included equal punishment for equal time. Statistics show that women generally get a fraction of the prison time and more likely to get probation in the US. (No idea if women tend to complete probation successfully more often or not. The ones I've known "on paper" tend to not do any better than the men I've known.)

Why do we even need equality? I thought the whole purpose of men and women was to be different. Some people should just accept that not everyone has the same opportunities and they never will. Why can't you be fine with the cards you were dealt?

Should you make more or less than the person next to you if you do the same thing? Now, let me ask that again, but add in "if that person is of the opposite sex?" Same thing goes with race, etc. Should your voice count for less for the same reasons? these are the things that should be the same. As far as being different, hell, yeah, men and women are as different as Mars and Venus. This doesn't mean we shouldn't be treated as equals.

We are all special, and the world does revolve around each of us. It's this selfish nature of humanity we always try to fight to create something more than lone wolves wandering around hunting and foraging. Fighting this base urge is what makes tribes, nations, and societies, because we are greater together than individually.

edit: we also live in a day and age where we can connect with others who think the same instead of relying on those in our immediate localized environment, meaning we can be ourselves in a culture that won't judge us for the way we think and act. This, of course, can be good and bad, and is a whole other discussion.

I think your confusing what equality means. It's not about trying to become something your not. It's about having the opportunity to do something you choose, live, or express. In other words if a woman is capable and desires to do say a traditional male profession, she should be able to. If she works just as hard as a man she should get equal pay and benefits. It's not about being something your not it's about opportunity and fairness.

Your point on the world revolves around you mentality has some merit. To many now days do feel that way. I would not say the majority but the number is significant. This however is a society problem. It is hard to tell someone how to raise their child beyond the essentials and not allowing them to be delinquents. I do however have hope for the next generation because they will see the failures of such thought. One can be unique and gifted at something but being special and the world is their to serve you is not correct.

Special people are usually those that give and provide more in life than they ever need. They also do so in such abundance it leaves a mark forever on the world in some way.
