This game has plenty of support as long as you kept things like account security in mind.
First thing most things tell you when you register DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD.

People here will help you run down why you cant play the game or how to play no matter how many times its asked in the how do I? section.
People here are more than willing to help you get started in game.
People here are more than willing to tell you how you died or who killed/raided you and track them down.
People are not willing to help someone who willing breached their own security.
I don't raid in game at all but if the gates open and there's no claim etc I will walk in and see whats there and maybe take a few things. In other words leave a window open and someone will climb through. Again take this lesson to heart. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD.
