I think you're both a bit right on this one, example: Let's say russians from a forum ABC has an idea to come over here and play. Now let's assume that 1 of 50 does something nasty, I don't think all 49 are directly responsible for 1's actions but it would be nice to see that those 49 would not support his actions and would encourage the 1 to stop the mayhem.
