I still don't see a point for having that road besides it being cool, but you got yourself a deal. We can spare some food and metal for an iron plow. There even is a riverfree passage to Brodgar, the road has to be 10.000 tiles long then though.

One positive side with a road from your City to ours is that you can use carts at full speed which would make it easier to travel with goods. Flame, you are the man! I'm hella curious where the road will end up at our city though :/ Oh well, i'll notice when those that decide to build this amazing road is done.

so clueless it's tragic, good luck traveling 10k tiles on a road so you can do a trade

Exploit or not and efficient or not I still think that those square design villages are ugly as hell.

My 2 cents :)

Exploit or not, New Brodgar has roads and this was funded by lots and lots of fish, see the river they have next to them. Farm or no Farm it is possible with exploits.

Yes Squares are ugly but efficient (aside from you can't see crops next to your palisade).

We really do need to make that road down to another village from Brodgar, i was in the process of mapping the southern regional map. The regional map containing Brodgar is mostly done.
