Why would you boil them when you're out on the water?

Maybe he had cauldron with him and he boiled them on shore?

I'd suggest cooking then at home and having few cbs spared for cooked ones. after you have like 3-4 cbs you just go crazy feasting on them and you gain few dex points. It doesn't seem alot, but dex gets hard to raise eventually and spare mussels are very easy to do it, you don't even need good feasting table, u just eat on normal one.

Thats true, you can use them too as fep reducers with some other low q foods when u have high stats to lvl them up consuming less food.

I just eat them without a table for hunger for my farmer.

I get desperate for hunger on my farmer, sometimes I eat cooked lamb.

I can't go home over and over because I have to walk 10 minutes to the river. I'd rather go on a 8 hour binge with my cauldron in my boat.
