It is not humanly possible....period. Hell I don't even believe you could manage enough bots.
World is 47 weeks old.
that much drain equals a village of somewhere in the ballpark of 4.5-4.8 BILLION AP
But keeping up with the drain is not the issue here cause i do believe that is possible with enough people feeding enough high INT/CHA alts
The issue is the seer number of statues/ banners you would have had to build.
Statues needed: roughly 238,000 ....476,000 steel...1446 steel produced per DAY....also....that's about 14,000 blocks of wood to feed crucibles(600 trees/day)
Banners needed: roughly 361,500....45,000,000 fibers...aka tiles of field..or ...27,500-ish Linen per day...18 linen produced every minute of every day since world start.

Or some combination of the about.
So ya I'm not buying it. And will close with....Screen shot of village AP bar.....?
cause damn IF.....IF you have done this you sir win Haven as far as I'm concerned.
