Seriously the first two flots you could probably swim out and get even with 10 con and the other one wouldn't be too much harder.

Less stamina is drained if you are not moving in water, also you can drink after you pick it.

This is the process for getting such a flotsam: Stand away from the water, right click flotsam, right click flask (before entering the water), wait untill the flotsam is safe in your backpack, then click drink (the flask radial menu will stay up).

It is easy with 10 con. You can approximately swim 10 tiles with 10 cons after the changes made in w5.

I dunno about 10, but i know klaue swam a decent sized river with 20 . But your stam drains really slow while ur not moving in water.

After significant alt drowning swimming is much easier with 10 Con and full stamina but your still very likely to drown when doing so.
