A prime example of how its easily possible to take over abandoned mines, the settled ones are just as easily doable if the owners aren't cautious just pallisade in the ram while it dries, rams can fit through gates.

As I said, I think it's prett rediculous that one person can do the work of an army and break through town walls. Sieges should be sieges. If you read my posts you'll notice I wasn't talking about the difficult of taking a mine. I was talking about how these mines are scattered around unused and nobody finds them or even realizes they are inactive. With so many mines not in use, people wonder why there is a mine shortage. I've spent entire days walking around looking at abandoned towns and have never found one with a mine, how you have managed to find five is a bit unbelievable and probably a frabrication.

tbh i find it even more unbelievable, based on the amount of complaining you've done and the amount of time you've been doing it for, that you have not found a mine.

I find it pretty unbelievable that you're a moderator with your substandard one line spam posting and pre-Kindergarten writing skills.
The world is full of surprises. The self proclaimed "King of the Forums" provides no content in his posts and only shallow dribble which I unfortunately find splashed into every thread I visit.

I don't understand why people Hate the concept of scarcity so much. Without it there is no point to the game, at all. Yes, some things will be unavailable to you and, god forbid, you might actually have to search for them or trade if you're that *desperate*! What exactly compels people to think that a game without any hardships or difficulty is any fun at all? This is why sitting in town doing nothing but farm can get tedious and why people buy food instead of farming 500x500 plots. You don't have a mine, tough. Find someone to buy metal from or relocate in search of one. Seeing abandoned mines? Also tough, you have no right to the work of others (Discovering the mine and building around it is work) unless you intend to invade. Too scared to invade in the event that it's not inactive? Then you have no right to the mine anyway.

Dribble and drivel both mean saliva oozing from a baby's mouth, meaning you speak like a toddler.

Most of the talk in this thread has been about how H&H's current world doesn't really recycle its materials. I implore you to read our conversation, as difficult as that might be, and notice that nobody is really complaining about the lack of mines. There are plenty of mines that are owned by far too little people and when a single character can stem the invasion from a whole village on his own then 'Invading' becomes rather futile.

actually you used it as a noun, not a verb (dribble, the verb, means to drool, while the noun refers to a small quantity)

drivel, however, as a noun, means both drool (the noun, not the verb) and foolish talk

it would have been a more effective burn if you were clever, bad luck for you bud
