It was them, I've been going up and down that area all day and didn't see anyone till last night(game night), it was another pair of russians that attacked me but they left me alone when I told them I wasn't from the village and just looting it, how do I know they were russian? They specifically said "we're from Russia gang" before they ran off.

And I doubt even a new player would get killed by a bear that close to a timber house. Then again, like you said, they could very well have just dropped that skeleton there.

last world I met two villages of them. we traded. we were friendly towards each-other.
the first thing they asked was what nationality I was, I replied English, and they were like: you attack us, and we'll kill you.
you let us be, we'll let you be. but if you want to be friendly, then welcome!

(not word for word for either of the two villages, but the message is the same)

I've met a Korean on w4 who was friendly.
and I've met one Russian who was a prick, but his team apologised straight away.

yeah same here we've got a mayor village to the south filled with russians. they said they were killing other people in w3 but now want to go for economic power

I don't want to opem Padoras box here, but I highly doubt what you said is true. Either there is both, the European mentality just might not be as apparent (or developed) as the national identities. Or there is neither, at least not measurable in any easy fashion.
