Jackard their seems to be something wrong with the numbers on the uptime Monitor, I googled and found what looks to be your source

It's currently reporting 99.85% Up-time from Dec20th which is about 40 days or ~1000 hours, 99.85% would mean only 1.5 hours of downtime which we know is impossible. That 99.85% must be an all time figure which is consistent with the amount of downtime recorded (6 days and change). So we do not in fact have any numbers for the Up/Down ratio after World 4 was created (and when the stability went to hell) which was only about 500 hours ago, given that their were 11 hours of downtime in the last 72 I doubt the server is reaching 90% Up-time.
