Indeed 200 survival is the cap but, on somewhat often occasions I would get q199 bones from a bear instead of q200.
By making my survival 201 I ensure I will always get q200 bones.

199 bones usually come form Lv9 bears, though I HAVE gotten 199 bones from LvX bears in w3 before and I had 300+ surv back then.

P.S : I think 300 is the cap for Lv5 Trolls.

The level isn't accurate, if a bear is level 9.8 you will get q199 bones but it will show as X bear.
