Hmmm 3 S. powers

Russian conglomeration

Potjeh's place(i'm gonna put burg in there as well)

Sabanti's old sodom crew

Yeah.... Not so much. Militarily and fighting skill???

1: ROK
2: Ainran/RIC
3: RUA (although RUA refuse to have "1" town and fight guerrilla style out of multiple vaults.

Economically?

1: Some conglomeration of RUA towns/vaults. Would be Pande but I don't think Pande is selling anything currently.
2: Emerald City
3: No fucking idea as most people selling shit don't tell which town/faction they are from.

Other than that? the world's wide open... I'd be willing to bet that some of the best resource nodes haven't even been found.

I'm not so sure, I can't travel 5 minutes without finding a claim on some patch of water/land - I live near you too, I know the area. That said, I did manage to get Q 58 water, by finding a water claim and looking for a well in land :) The water around the claim was Q 44 - The Well I built was Q 58

Clay is the resource which is hard to come by, people will claim quality 15 acre clay nodes now days. People have also started claiming mountains now.
I had a retardedly huge signature and have gotten this embarrassing replacement to show for it.

It's not that hard to find them. They like to mark their territory with paved visuals most of the time. Runestones give them away, too.

I wasn't expecting the topic to escalate this much. However, as I said in an earlier post, I did decide to play again. Figured I'd throw up what I've been doing lately.

That pretty much sums up how World 5 has been compared to 3 and 4. :|

World 4 didn't even reach two months old before it got taken down, so it doesn't really even deserve to get mentioned.

Maybe we need a new method for world numbers. Four wasn't much of a change to three other than the mining system, so maybe it should just be v3.1. :P

That's true. But It was a fun two months. That, and you have to remember the whole reason for world 4. World 3 literally had no purpose around the time they jumped it to world 4.

Only if you find fun in exploiting game mechanics to tear everyone else a new asshole :/

Purpose in game is what you make. The only reason they created world 4 was because of a database corruption that couldn't be recovered if I recall correctly. If I remember the post correctly, they stuffed what major changes they had worked out in, obviously without much thought to potential consequences in one case. Otherwise, it likely could have been another 4-6 months before w3 was taken down to fully realize the changes they were working on all at once (mining, multiple world layers, curio system, etc).

You can STILL exploit game mechanics. That hasn't changed. I meant fun as in being able to work for your skills and not just sit around. The new system is okay and all, but I'd take the previous back in a heart beat. Considering this system was supposed to stop grinding, it's ironic that now every person has to grind in a new way. I meant World 4 was fun, because it was the last world, even if it was only two months, that held the old system with some nice updates. The purpose of HnH in general is to survive. How can you do that, if it's like the end of W3? Where Sodom has Dev. items just for lolz. W3 was closed, because some cities were unstoppable. They gained things you weren't supposed to be able to achieve. However, there might of actually been a database corruption on top of it.
