I haven't played this world, but I gather that Dis is a big city with an aggressive attitude? Presumably they also play at the edge of the metagame (ie exploits, botting).

Well they certainly weren't willing to come out and fight in world 5 before all the white knight players quit. If the siege mechanics are fixed and they start returning, I'm pretty sure Burg and me could assemble a couple of hundreds of players into an alliance. So yeah, we'd just crush them with numbers.

Yup, big city, aggressive. They probably bot just like everyone else. I haven't heard of them doing any exploits as far as wall jumps go or anything like that (haven't actually heard of anyone being bug jumped at all this world for that matter).

Again, different people in world 5. Their numbers seem to have vastly increased. Would you have fought a 10v30 ;)?

I usually brought 30 myself. That was when many already were inactive.

lol that reminds me of Tibia, It was always like that..
The strongest guild always started to abuse their power, killing randomly and doing whatever they felt like until everyone else couldnt take it no more and formed massively massive alliance to stop them lol.
I think its extremely possible it might become like that here when you mention it.

I don't think you understand the issue.

This is not a numbers problem, it is a value versus result problem. I'm not going to sit online for 24 hours playing this game to avenge something. Not even doing 4-8 hour shifts watching a ram. I've had sex so there is no chance I ever participate in that.

The amount of people you can muster will have zero effect on achieving any results with current mechanics. And that 24 hours doesn't include the boring tracking and the boring ram building.

Is that what everyone means with broken siege mechanics?
Doesnt sound like a problem to me, So basically you want sieging to take no effort?

I understand vaults being a problem tho.

Btw forgive me for getting back on-topic to what I love about this game..
this game gives me adrenaline/thrill rushes like I havent experienced from games in a decade at least :D

Have you tried playing Dota? The PvP in this game sucks in comparison.

I am going to have to agree with Jester, since he's such an expert in Haven and Hearth combat.
