What is your favorite world and why?

I actually prefer this was of collecting lp than how it used to be in world 4 and before. but then I am not a hunter or raider/killer. Trying to grind craftable items to build lp got old quick in world 4. I prefer making curios, sticking them in and going about doing things knowing after a certain time i'll have that lp coming in.

You peeps who started on W4 or later, prolly can't grasp a lot of what's been tryin to convey from the W3 and older folks(I'm not trying to insult you here, i'm being deadly honest)

I mean how do you describe the color green to a man who's been blind since birth.


But, nevertheless, I shall try.



I would like for you guys to remember how a slice from a loaf of bread tastes.

Now, we eat the bread from stores for most of our bread consumption. there has been times it's been dry, stiff, bland, etc etc etc. Now imagine the only thing you ever ate was store bought bread. that's how it was when new LP system took over. Now imagine if you will, that your born a slave. and when you do get to eat, your served bread, moldy, hard as a rock, Weevils crawling around in and out of it. that my friends is W6 atm. But now, imagine a Top notch Chef in your country wants to reward you for saving his business, his wife, his family, hell you saved the whole World. and this chef, has decided to make you his best. First off, he gathers the best grain money can buy, and lovingly crushes it into flour. secondly, he picks the best oils, eggs, yeast from his fellow chefs and friends. Finally he travels to Vellamo of Finland to find the purest water known to man. He then begins to prepare this. . . Ambrosia, and he serves it to you, piping hot out of the oven. That, my friends, was Not W3, but it's kind of close

I actually did start in world 3, but only played a week and then the world ended, so apart from building a house and getting attacked by boars I didn't get to do much in it.

I understand that I don't understand what it was like, and that's fine, I'm just basing my comments on my experience from world 4+. And although I hated the curio system in world 5 because it was new and very different to world 4, it annoyed me. But now I appreciate it, but again, it's because of how I play which I explained.

as someone else stated each world has it's flaws and things certain people like and things others hated.

world 3 was by far the best for me. besides being the world i started in, people i met were extremely friendly. i had a good friend teach me the ropes which got me addicted (was a short world for me since i started near the end though)

world 4 was way too short and i was still too stupid to do much.

world 5 was fair, and world six just pissed me off until recently.

Waiting for the HnH emulator now some people work on. Maybe one can relive some of that world 1 spirit then

indeed, but I wasn't a gamer...apart from haven now I don't really game beyond this game:D so it took me all of world 4 to figure out the basics on my own! and world 5 was the real learning ground.

it would have certainly been interesting to see more of world 3 though. it was in chaos when I started cause it was coming to the end of the world

I liked w3 because it was when I started playing, met a really good friend who is like a brother to me, and because that day back when I first jumped into H&H for the first time, this game changed my life.

I liked w4 because it was a fresh new world, and Id never been through that. I also had a great village and managed to repel raiders and conduct a raid of my own.

its a tie between these two...

w5 was bleh, I like the curio system, but eh...

w6 is ok, but whatever. its not much new around here. good to be back into the game though.

World 3 ofcourse
It was big and challenging,owning a mine was actually a achievement ...
And ofcourse LP system was great ( now it would be abused by russian bots beacuse jorb n loftar loves bots )

World 3. Cause of what everyone already said about it.

For me it was mostly about the guys i played with, as already Kaios mentioned, together with Granger and few of our guys we ran quite big city, and I believe with the force of 5-6 active people back then, we managed to cope with 2 other big factions in quality quite nicelly, falling behind just for few numbers (ofc, I'm sure BN or Goons were close aswell).

Everything after that was just another try to make something similar but it was far away from that. I could say I enjoyed world 4 for the tiny bit, just because I've had a Polish buddy (Rafael howdy ) who I duoed some mining and other things besides living in other village aswell.

W5 was kinda tryout to make something similar to Sodom in W3, which by the looks was kinda successfull, but I'd never want to join such city again, because there is simply too much begging and stuff needed for that many people to lift their lazy ass and do something when asked. When you aim for top industry you gotta have people willing to do so, or it just doesn't work.

W6, I could say that one part of me liked it, even tho I was basically feeling like a hermit in a raider town (Ainran), but since I minded my own business and did everything I could with my open hands industry based, its all what I desired. Had lot of free time to play, so my investments were huge, we were able to cope and have some quality better than top factions, if not best at one point. Ofcourse as Valten already mentioned, his death ment like death in real life, and so it was with the village, when once attacked it simply did not have people to re-build, cause many stopped to play due to their real life and their role in town was too important not to be noticed (Spaky, etc.)

Even though its still not over, don't think that without fixing shit thats going on can bring any more fun for me in w6, except if I find a village that actually has a safe wall and will hang there milking a cow day after day.

W3, because it had the most civil faction relations, and newbies were safer than in any other world.
