At my work I recently reported my boss to higher up in the company for antagonizing, favouritism and bullying. I gave her 3 chances that included only events between her and myself, there are countless others between work colleagues and her. It's been 1 year over-due.

I got offered a course through work, free and full of training.

((No rly, I was defending someone in the mid-school and I had to fight with more guys and they broke my nouse T.T)

That's a damn shame, but you got life experience out of it. Not many people can say they got in a fight defending someone nowadays, most people don't care anymore. Keep doing the right thing, it'll pay off in the end.

I've broken my right hand (Boxer's fracture) 5 times now and only one was from hitting a person. My far right knuckle is now a full inch lower than the other 3. Haven't broken in in 9ish years now so it must have healed good last time.

Your far right knuckle? That's not a boxers fracture, that's a brawlers fracture if it's your 5th metacarpal. (The one you break by drunkenly swinging at people as opposed to the 2nd metacarpal known as boxers)
