the fact is that pain owned himself and claeyt is an idiot who doesnt know she is, while pain knows he is an idiot himself.
(and i dont remember anyone in IRC had such convo, but i havent read all logs anyways.)

im pretty sure loftar would just lol at this thread. it seems he has been away for quite some time now though.
to clarify a bit, afaik, they were not exactly "employed" by paradox. they had a contract and it ended, and i guess the new eula is the result of their new contract or deal or whatever.

The profile isn't loftar's, at the very least.

Before Salem I had been working at Paradox for a year instead of finishing university, and Fredrik was at the university. What we do now is still a bit undecided.

Just for the record, I think you guys can still pull Salem out of the woods and make a sustainable, if a bit humble at first, income with 3-4 months of intensive development. The critical thing here is correctly diagnosing the problems.

Painhertz not understanding the concept of rumors (or that names aren't unique)... lol'd.

+1 for Truth

And this coming from a Salem player who lost more than most. Still feel for you on that Mod hunt.

I think they have longer than 3-4 months. If they're in it for the long haul it might turn out better like HnH. The pressure from Paradox to dev weekly is clearly off of them. I'd rather see steady and solid development like HnH had. I don't know if they can shop it out themselves but they need to get it onto other places besides Paradox. Steam or whatever.

...as for HnH, I don't know, maybe they could start charging 3 bucks a month to play or put in a cash shop. Maybe even $1 a month per account or something cheap.
