Anyway, I think it's ok to bot for certain things like paving, cutting trees etc. but most of the big factions use forager bots and that's not "a way to play", that's an exploit. It gives you a huge unfair advantage over others.

She doesn't bot herself, she just benefits greatly from others. And let the witch-hunt begin!

thats what i call "eye booger laughing at nose booger", in english, pot calling kettle black.
1) whoever letting villagers bot for village chores are as guilty as botters but worse hypocrite for saying "I dont bot".
2) whoever botting are botters no matter how much they bot or limit botting, and hypocrite in the same way.
after all, those two kinds of people are somewhat worse than "honest" botters.

Do you even know how to use that expression? Maybe you should stop using them out of context to make a fool out of yourself.

While your at it do please tell us why you rage so hard for a peaceful village half way across the map that uses bots. If you can even list one I would be surprised. If your game play is affected in any manner other then being a douchebag budding into others game play. You don't see me dictating how you should play your games and neither do you have the right to tell me what to do unless I actually affect your game play in any manner. Strange how your unable to find a single reason other then blindly finding an escape goat to blame everything on.

Well excuse me for being a dirty cast off in your eyes. I have been in a village that has had people bot but I have not. Does that make me more guilty, no. It make me a decent person to allow others to play how they choose. I may oppose the use of bots but I would never condemn a person the way you do. People deserve respect even in disagreement.

see the difference is, I never said bots or botters were bad. and I'm fine with benefitting from botters. im actually grateful to them. so u can call me what u wish, I'm fully aware u have some major issue with me, cause u seem to have an issue with many ppl, so it's cool.

im glad another thread is here for you to attack people on though.

How many of these "To bot, or not to bot" threads will we have? :lol: Until jorbtar comments and makes a rule one way, or the other. I feel like we should just let it go and focus on enjoying our personal individual experience. I have seen a lot of posts about how awesome it was in such and such world. You may look back on world 7 that same way once the games new incarnation comes, so enjoy the freedom!

people rage more when they were told the truth. botting is not a playstyle however you want to put it.

@xcom
so you are saying people should keep their mouths shut when something doesnt affect you at all? heh.
