Fondue de poireaux ("fondue of leeks" maybe)
Get 2 leeks per person.
Chop the white side in small parts (keep green for soup).
Wash them with fresh water.
Put in a saucepan add 1/4 sliced onion per person, and warm them for a moment (turn the mixture frequently).
When it looks good and smells good, add "sour cream" (100g per person), pepper, salt.
Turn, let warm a few moments, and take out.
Now mix this up in a meal with whatever you want.
I usually also cook some rice aside, and a piece of meat / fish / sea food...
It also works well with bacon.

(slice them smaller than on the image and don't use the green part of the leek for this)
