How about this:

Harvest a Floatsam while swimming, post the video of you doing it, it doesn't have to be in the middle of the river, it just has to be harvested while swimming.

Rec. you have a "Silver for the Ferryman" ring thou!

Already have done that... I don't know why people have such a hard time without boat.
