You claim to be a "badass pvper" on a Level based game? wow.. you did realise its games like UO with "skill gains" and non uber lv 120 weapons that actually takes skill to win right? That's like saying you pwn on Aion.. rofl.

Also, UO is 2d. It's not "between 2d and 3d".. its 2d. The thing is, it's better than this game at 2d and it released in what.. 95? then online in 97? im amazed. And about kicking my ass.. i lol, most people who threat others over the internet are either pastey white kids who weigh 50 kilos OR are fat 30+ yearolds who would get tired after swinging a punch. Until you link me to a vid or you actually beating the shit out of someone, please.. the RL insults are flawed.

Again.. 4 pages long, soon it will be 10.. if your game was interesting at all you would either post about it or play it. Because you can constantly sit here and rant on about a game you choose not to play.. it either makes me believe you're a forum hungry bitch OR your game sucks but you refuse to BUY a real game OR your internet usage is that pathetic you can't even download one. Thus you're stuck playing this gimp shit that again reminds me about the times when i first bought a black and white gameboy. This is fun for me, because AGAIN it advertises this server more. This shouldn't be fun for you..

Oh I'd love to give ya a good Florida redneck swamp ass gator kicking (And that's not a RL threat , this is the internet ya dickwad, where every one is a giant didn't ya KNOW!)...lol Aion SUX...and the graphics in this game are 25x better than UO.

As for advertising your server, how is it that you consider this advertising when no one here wants to play your ripped off PUO server as has been made clear. (Mostly because they see who the owner is...LOL)

I have to say that I'm not terribly convinced by UO's graphics. I've never actually played it (though I probably should), but I'm skeptical about the perspective it uses, and also somewhat in the dark as to why it uses that perspective instead of standard isometric. What are the pros?

Its a pretty decent game if you can find a decent shard. Really hard to sum up in a few simple sentences though... You should just try it out for yourself, especially sense you have such easy access to it now that this guy is advertising his shard.

Magic, PVP, PVE, Mining, Smithing, Customizable housing, etc.

From the sounds of it it's realy nothing new, looks and sounds like Runescape, only crappier, tell us what you think Jorb, better than the other guys opinion ^.^

UO is actually pretty fun, but its major downside is that macroing is a gigantic part of character development. You should still check it out even if just to look at how it handles crafting and housing.

It actually depends what server, era etc for the skillgains. FusionUO has it set that it's rather easy skill gains until 90 just because most UO players out there have made characters on hundreds of servers before. It also has decent crafting to the game but honestly the biggest draw is the PvP. Most servers "again by era" have different PvP systems UO:R etc.. as for t2a / Pre:ren.. this is by far the best system in that era.

UO was fine when it first game out, very entertaining until the shift towards way to much PVP. Ragnarok is alot better and I still play RO, both on the legit server and my private server RebirthRO. I've played RO fror 8 years now. UO's graphics are very dated but still acceptable. The perspective feels unnatural, it's almost as though it's a cross between line of sight and overhead but doesn't go far enough either way to feel visually correct. HH and RO has the perfect perspective to my visual desires...which is probably why UO always felt a little off, like I needed to tilt my head (always bothered me in the background when I was playing it).

But even still, UO has become nothing but another cookie cutter...IMO if peple want pvp or a hybrid pvp/pve then go play one of the newer graphic games like Atlantica, least there is some joy in the beauty even if it is a cookie cutter.
