Yep, just like the theft scents I gathered didn't lead me to a town where there was a runestone to Princess and I didn't end up slaying Rakish and taking his stuff.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

On an unrelated note: How's that cloak look in-game? And what's the stat gain?

Makes you look like link from zelda, and its for looks as far as I know. I have been hitting far more on most things but that can be attributed to random probobality being on my favor sometimes.

Its formerly a wizards hat. It changed name to Lawmakers hat but it doesn't require me to be a lawmaker to wear it. Since it wasn't originally a lawmakers hat.
Also the cloak has a hood, that gets draped around your head. Its very awesome looking.
