No. Devs changed it because people used them to get animals in houses. That was really gamebreaking, so it needed urgent fix.

There was different xploiters using CRs for different xploits - but i think it got changed when people used them as protection for Rams (Animal house porting doesn't make much sense but fun screens ) - sadly most measures against xploiters goes at cost of the non xploiters ...

I mean not inside houses, just to move them to any crossorad

You can't port with a complete raft using CRs anymore and as cowlifting isn't suitable in HnH: no ;)

cow lifting should be a thing

CRs are rammable now, so they should have their old cost restored.

I opt for brahmin tipping too ;)

and yes lesser cost for CRs would help village starters a lot
