I have no idea what town he was from. I KO'd him because he was down near the second place mentioned in that post (was hoping he was a portgas friend) viewtopic.php?f=29&t=23971&start=330. Killed him after i saw the q9 ring >.>

I was positive it wasn't you when i saw the quality of it . The quality of that gold beaters skin would of had to have been like q8 even with 10 pysche i think...i don't even know how the hell this person managed to get gold and have that low q of ring.
