We're 1 statue away from covering it, it should be done long before next week.

Is there any particular reason you don't like walls that aren't in a claim?

If they smash through a claimed wall to take your stuff then they'll leave a vandalism stench

I dare say he's cutting lots of people slack, we're just the ones he mentioned

We have a very large wall. We were working on claiming it, but someone knocked a hole through it in an area we haven't claimed yet.

A warning that anyone can smash it. Better it me than some random thief.

Ferinex, do you live in still meadow?

To be a jerk to people opening a hole in their wall when petty thieves couldn't get in for a state the obvious reason.

Ah, got it.

Claiming a whole wall is not an easy thing to do for five people, that's all that lives in Stillmeadow. Well, four now. Because for the time being, I've quit H+H. I enjoy the game, and I'm not quitting because I was robbed blind of everything important that I owned. That isn't that big of a deal to me, I could get it back.

I've honestly not been having that much fun with H+H for a few weeks now, the most recent updates haven't really been keeping me playing. This was just the defining moment for me to quit. It isn't even that I was stolen from, I don't even care who did it. What is making me quit is the way the game is at the moment. Someone came along, trashed our wall in a spot we have yet to claim (Claim expansions are HARD to make Raephire, I understand you're trying to make a point, but they don't cover much ground, so you have to make a whole lot of them to cover a wall, even one smaller than ours. And with five people that isn't easy or fast. But that's beside the point), then using an alt army instead of their real character, they stole everything we owned and ran off. I can't even track the items I lost, because each chest that was stolen from has a few theft clues and 500 trespassing clues covering the theft clue. I can't get at the clue to find my stuff. It's the alt army that gets me, all those characters made so they could steal from us while the thiefs main character gets off scott free with all our stuff. We can't even rebuild our gate or make steel, because the theif has one (or more) of our gate keys, as well as a few molds of them, and could walk back in the town with an alt at any time he feels and snatch up our steel in progress.

All in all, I don't care that my stuff is gone, though some people will go "QQ MOAR IT'S AN ALPHA BLAH BLAH BLAH". I just don't find it enjoyable to play the game anymore at this point (though I may in the future) when someone can come along and rob us blind without putting their actual character at any risk. If there ever comes a way to work around that problem, maybe I'll come back one day.

To Jorb and Loftar: I hope the game goes well, maybe I'll be back one day. I'd like to see a cheaper way to extend a village claim, or more importantly, something that makes a larger sized extention of the claim. For the cost involved in both of the current objects, the size doesn't seem enough to me. Especially the statue. It's cheaper, and easier to make the village idol, and then (at least for a town that doesn't have a lot of people who play a lot) the statue costs 2 steel bars and a load of stone. For smaller towns like Stillmeadow, that's a lot of steel to cover everything.
